Leadership opportunity global role_Device lifecycle/Logistic_Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and oversight of all related Device Lifecyle, Distribution, Fulfillment and Logistics of endpoint devices focusing on meeting if not over achieving the goal of customer experience for agents metrics as identified year on year with priority focus on WAH endpoint device deployment
- Expert in leading Device Lifecyle, Fulfillment & Logistics transformation initiatives using industry standard tools and processes
- Deliver operational stability in close collaboration with the internal Alorica IT team, Alorica Business Stakeholders and vendor partners
- Define, socialize, and deliver against operational metrics for agent support initiatives
- Deliver value with a fulfillment and logistics platform for both WAH and incenter endpoint delivery
- Collaborate across the global EUS regional leads to ensure the goals defined are being consistently met - if not above and beyond, identify improvement areas for strategy purposes and regularly understand the business stakeholders requirement for overall planning, strategy and exeuction
- Manage global teams to consistently improve performance and ensure company outcomes.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics & Distribution, IT End User Support, IT Hardware Device

Experience:
Running global teams across regions including contractor and managed services model as applicable; metric & process driven, strong project execution; long-term strategic goal building
