- Corporate role, functional Excellence Lead in Supply Chain Management responsible for developing and executing the functional excellence roadmaps at corporate level and support BU functions to align with the same.

- Global synergy on building integrated logistics management, bring sharpness & efficiency in S&OP process. Build on professional competency in the SCM with mapping of KPIs and functional excellence programs at corporate level & support BU functional teams to build the same.

- Coordinator of Global S&OP process Objective: balance global supply/demand to assure delivery on-time, in-full, without complaints at lowest supply chain cost and highest gross margin with strong focus on OWC management)

- Demand Management: Consensus based Market driven demand forecast Generation. Drive a customer oriented culture and ensure that the final demand figures are aligned with sales and emerging market dynamics. Collaborate with BU SCM team and interact with customers to have a first hand understanding of demands origins and variables affecting it. Take a proactive approach based on a direct understanding of the market.

- Owner of the Global Supply Chain strategy defining the Global business Supply chain plan and its linkage with BU

- Business Risk Management Play the gate keeper role to support in making right Supply chain decisions. Ensure correct demand and supply views are considered to evolve procurement strategy. Partner in predictability forum to provide business-critical inputs.

- OTC Desk Management : Process Support to BU Order-to-Cash process. Working with stakeholders on ensuring compliant order acceptance, commercial documentation and order execution. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistently excellent order execution.

- OWC Management: Ensure that inventories for network RMs and FGs/WIP meet highly evolved norms and BG/BU targets through sustainable processes. Align stocks with emerging market dynamics, yet retain flexibility to react to demand surges. Create processes to ensure good documentation practices for minimal DSOs.

- Complaint Handling Supporting the BU teams of SCM on a process driven culture with nil tolerance for repeat mistakes. Drive a culture for nil repeat customer complaints and doing better than agreed targets on customer complaint index.

- Export- Import Process Management: Ensure the BU organisation utilises all exports benefits available to it optimally with compliance to the statutory regulations. Help & support BU teams for Liaison with government authorities to ensure smooth process management.

- Taxation: Ensure BU organisation meets all regulatory obligations in discharging its tax liabilities and managing all credits available. If required, Liaise with government authorities in BUs. Support the team in managing all statutory audits at site and warehouses to meet compliance requirements. Participate in resolving all old litigation issues, and ensure fresh litigation needs do not arise.

- People Development: To create a performance driven environment with a highly engaged team. Create a culture that is focussed on team-work and winning together.

- Business Fulfilment: Functional excellence to BUs SCM teams : To work closely with sales, manufacturing, warehouses and all supply chain dimensions to ensure that there is network working so the customer has a seamless interaction with the organization for all their needs.

- Coordination and integration with Quality, Business, Manufacturing, Finance, sales and PMC Team.

- Lead the logistic cost efficiently across the globe for all the distribution of products in coordination with global sourcing.
