Leadership Role - Delivery Manager - Big Data - Retail/CPG Domain

- A Delivery manager of 10-14 years of experience with 3-4 years of experience in big data projects.

- Must have development experience & managed developers team.

- Mainly leading a team of data engineers working on AWS PaaS Big data (HIVE, Talend, Spark,Scala, Python, etc.) and visual analytics tool.

- This role mainly involves in Service delivery management, project management, people management and stakeholder management of various application support teams.

- Very Good in Project delivery mainly Big Data projects with technologies like AWS, HIVE, Spark, Scala, Python, Spoop, Hbase, Flume, Kafka, etc.

- Good in tools like BO DS, Talend, Python, Tableau, Qliksense

- Good in leading data lake implementation cloud platform

- Experience in leading a DevOps & automation deliveries in the project

- Very good in leading agile methodologies projects

- Good in Performance evaluation, stakeholder management

- Good in Planning Resource, On Boarding & employee engagement
