Leadership Role - Delivery - IT

Description:

- Responsible for overall engineering which involves analysis and design, development, testing, debugging, performance tuning of all key features

- Responsible for managing and maintaining engineering teams of 200 - 250 people

- Client management setting expectation with the client in terms of delivery.

- Leads day-to-day managements of projects and involving in strategy.

- Responsible for mentoring and grooming project managers to handle project execution

- Responsible for project management of engagements and customer satisfaction on the engagements

- Responsible for oversight to ensure process compliance

- Responsible for succession planning, staffing and capacity planning

- Should be conversant with release engineering, build and multi-releases.

- Monitors client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.

- Analyzing resource requirements and recruiting team members, training and mentoring them and monitoring their performance throughout the project.

Key Skill Sets:

- 12+ years of experience in IT.

- Good understanding of Project Management, Process and other corporate initiatives - Should have managed projects and large enterprise accounts

- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrable people management skills

- Should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.

- Should be open to travel to customer locations and initiate/run customer engagement
