Leadership Role - Delivery Head - Data Technologies - IT Captive

Position: Leadership Role - Delivery Head- Data Technologies (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Responsible for ownership of Service Delivery function and maintaining relationships with domain and technical leadership in global regions

- Member of the India leadership team

- The position is responsible for leading an offshore India based team of approximately 150-200 employees, which would grow in the future

- Will manage technical teams of Techinical Architects, Leads and developers

Requirements:

- BE/ BTech (Preferably from a premier engineering institute)

- 15+ yrs of work experience, including managing technical engagements from concept to delivery in enterprise technology settings in a captive/ service provider set up

- Experience with the global service delivery model. This should include procuring and managing third party supplier and partner arrangements

- Should be very comfortable in dealing with Architecture, Technical Design, Program Planning discussions with senior stakeholders

- Experience with Agile, DevOps, efficient delivery processes

- Experience of working in large organization with a matrix environment with an understanding of financials

- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with top management

- Should have good experience and expertise in Informatica/ ETL/ Ab initio

- Exposure to the Banking and Financial Services domain will be preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
