Leadership Role - Curriculum - EduTech

Require for candidate with strong experience in curriculum for subject - Physics, Biology. Also need candidate for Social science, English & Science with assessment experience.

Responsibilities:

- Creating subject-specific, error-free content for use in schools with limited resources.

- Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning in partner schools.

- Visiting schools from time-to-time and engaging with field teams to understand on-ground requirements for delivering excellent education.

- Coaching and managing a team of Subject Matter Experts & Curriculum Development Managers, along with supporting them

in their professional development.

- Reviewing and providing feedback on content created by SMEs and Curriculum Development Managers, to ensure that it is high quality and error-free.

- Setting clear goals for the team and ensuring achievement as per quality standards.

- Creating clear curriculum development processes and guidelines for consistent and efficient delivery of product.

- Managing the project closely and ensuring their whole team delivers the product on time with quality.

Requirements:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content.

- 2-3 years of experience in coaching and managing a team.

- Experience in managing projects (goal-setting, monitoring, providing feedback, goal achievement).

- Graduate degree in Engineering

- Experience of working with teachers from schools with limited resources is preferred.
