Leadership Role - Credit Business Our Client is an integrated platform that seeks to provide end-to-end services for the construction and manufacturing needs of a varied clientele. Their connected engagement and e-commerce platform works to improve transparency and ease of business by forming direct connections between different customer bases and suppliers of resources. Role and Responsibilities: - Should have clear understanding of process automation and credit workflows - The incumbent will support deal evaluation, investments, monitoring and facilitating exits for the Fund. - Complete digital onboarding of customers and journeys for Personal Loans, Business Loans and NRI product - Leading operational efficiencies with a focus on high ROI and business growth - Should have led deal structuring and evaluation. - Should help in preparing and presenting the credit memos, pitch documents, etc. for Investment Committees. - Will be responsible for deal execution including coordinating with diligence agencies, legal counsels to ensure investments, etc. - Will monitoring and track performance of existing investments. Support the Finance and Operations in managing deal-related queries from investors/auditors/regulators.
