Leadership Level in Consulting from Insurance domain for a leading Consulting firm (Female only)

- Working with an Associate Director to lead and deliver commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews.

- Driving the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc.

- For medium to large engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery.

- Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables

- Directing, managing and mentoring junior team members on engagements

- Recruiting, managing and contributing to the development of junior staff

- Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development
