Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7 - 15 years (Overall)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of U.S. regulations, to create disruptive and innovative solutions to product testing and compliance.

- Manage large and complicated, cross-functional projects.

- Develop best-in-class processes, systems, and drive continual improvement.

- Drive scalable business solutions which ensure compliance with consumer product regulations

- Communicate technical regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders

- Well versed with HTS/ ECCN codes based on business requirements

- Proven ability to manage large and complicated, cross-functional projects.

- Develop best-in-class processes, systems, and standard operating procedures as well as drive continual improvement.

- Drive scalable business solutions which ensure compliance with consumer product regulations.

- Work cross-functionally and manage compliance training and awareness raising programs across teams

Skills & Ability

- Knowledge of product compliance processes and the interplay with global supply chains Collaboration, Influencing, Negotiation, Determination and Resiliency Bachelor's degree required with a scientific focus.

- Relevant years of experience in HTS & ECCN classification with import/export consumer product safety compliance program management and in-laboratory experience.

- Strong experience with global regulatory requirements such as: CPSIA, FCC, EPA, CCPSA, EN 71, RoHS, WEE, CE mark, Profeco, IEFTL, China CIQ, etc.

- Working knowledge of lean six sigma and process improvement methodologies

- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
