- Develop innovative commercial models that will help the organization evolve to meet customer needs.
- To lead the Sales training effort.
- To lead the planning, development and delivery of Sales training programs that meet the current and future needs of the organization.
- Can use established and emerging digital technologies effectively to provide customers with business solutions.
- Have deep understanding of customer needs, customer relationship management, sales management effectiveness, new commercial models and marketing excellence.
- Build and lead high performing cross functional teams collaboratively; effectively use rewards and recognition to create a culture of engagement and inclusion.
- Drive sales incentive planning and execution to drive business performance.
- Drive targeting, potential mapping and other sales salience parameters to build business.
- Track execution and effectiveness of the marketing initiatives across brands at an all India level.
Required Experience :
- Experience in sales leadership and development role
- Experience in managing people and leading teams in a matrix environment
Qualifications : MBA from reputed B School
