Leadership Role - Business Transformation

Role:

You will oversee both transformational programs as well as continuous improvement (Lean) activities in the Organisation .

Responsibilities:

- Participating in the Mobile Surgery Management Team, supporting and challenging the organization to achieve a measurable improvement of top business objectives, using Lean concepts like Daily Management, Problem Solving and Kaizen.

- Training and coaching the organization's leaders to embrace Lean Leadership as their primary way to lead people. Supporting the business in their Lean competence development, determining knowledge and competence gaps and providing training as necessary.

- Ensuring Kaizen events are properly planned / executed / sustained. Coach Daily Management and Problem Solving teams.

The role reports to Head of Global Business Transformation

Required Skills:

- A Bachelors or Master's degree is required.

- Over 15 years of total experience and at least 10 years relevant working experience in a global technology company, preferably in a global role.

- Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement, Transformation Program Management and Change Management.

- Strong experience in R&D space

- Program Management experience

- You know how to motivate and engage people

- You possess great networking skills and the ability to enthuse colleagues in Lean Thinking as a business necessity.

- You are to work at every level of the organization, from work floor to executives.

- You are capable to drive change with sense of urgency and bias for action.

- You are able to constructively challenge, create consensus for change and coach leaders.

- You are a team player, passionate for results and people. Effective in different cultural environments.

- Excellent in Business English, both spoken and written is required
