Leadership Role - Business Research/Financial Research/Equity Research - Banking

We are looking to hire for a leadership role, business research/financial research/equity research specialists with a focus on the global banking and capital markets sector for one of the world's leading management consulting firms.

- This person would act as a critical business partner for the firm's stakeholders, with deep understanding of the business priorities and needs across the Financial Services practices.

- Is responsible for ensuring that the key FS business needs and priorities in the Area are identified and addressed in the integrated FS knowledge plan, for ensuring the stakeholders have full visibility of the knowledge services that can be used in support of their priorities and of the service and value delivered to their practice by all parts of the firm's service line.

- This position is global, service line and sector wide, needing to interact and be credible with most senior leaders.

- The role will team with the sector knowledge leaders in the FS cluster on managing stakeholders, to ensure optimized resource allocation across the FS cluster, and ensure delivery knowledge programs at the right global/regional level to maximize synergies and avoid duplication of effort or confusion of practitioners.

- Strong experience in managing teams and stakeholder engagement is required.

- Candidates with 10-15 years of business research/equity research/credit research/financial research/investment research experience tracking the global banking sector in a professional services/KPO/Research/Consulting firm would be desired.
