Leadership Role - Business Process Analysis - Balanced Scorecard - IT Firm

Position: Leadership role - Business Process Analysis/ Balanced Scorecard (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Should drive Process Control & Compliance in addition to managing Audit requirements

- Coordinate and manage multiple improvement initiatives across the organization

- Create and manage balanced scorecard for various Business Units

- Define and manage team metrics, learning goals etc.

- Manage customer satisfaction and collaboration survey

- Manage Internal Quality Audits for Support Functions

- Conduct assessments for various Business Units

- Hands on experience in ISO 9001, ITIL, ISO 20000, CMMI and Internal Quality Audit

- Monitoring the effectiveness of process implementation through regular audits.

Requirements:

- 16-22 yrs of experience in an IT Company

- Experience in creating and managing balanced scorecard/ business process improvement initiatives across various business units in an IT Company

- Should have experience on Strategic Planning and Execution, PMO, Change Management,

- Candidates with PMP, Black belt/Green belt, Six Sigma certifications will get preference

- Should have experience in Quality Audit Process Management

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and proven track record of presenting to executive-level leadership

- Strong sense of ownership, teaming attitude, and ability work across a distributed organization
