Business Development Leadership - Real Estate Partnerships

Preamble:

We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to lead our Business Development team, focusing on establishing strategic partnerships with real estate developers. The primary objective of this role is to identify and engage with prominent township developers and secure areas for the installation of bike-cleaning machines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Real Estate Developer Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for identifying and approaching real estate developers, especially those involved in large township projects.

2. Partnership Negotiation: Lead negotiations with real estate developers to secure areas within their projects to install bike-cleaning machines. Ensure that partnership agreements align with our objectives and standards.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate development opportunities and assess market dynamics, including growth potential and competition.

4. Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within real estate development firms. Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

5. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements, including logistics, installation, and ongoing maintenance.

6. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets by securing strategic partnerships and expanding the presence of bike-cleaning machines in real estate developments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Real Estate Partnerships: Number of strategic partnerships established and areas secured for bike cleaning machine installations.

2. Revenue Generation: Contribution to overall company revenue through real estate development partnerships.

3. Market Expansion: Increase in the presence of bike cleaning machines within prominent township projects.

4. Partnership Agreement Success Rate: Percentage of successful partnership negotiations and signings.

5. Customer Satisfaction: Feedback and satisfaction scores from real estate developer partners.

Required Knowledge:

1. Real Estate Industry: In-depth knowledge of the real estate development sector, including key players, trends, and project lifecycles.

2. Business Development: Proven track record in business development and establishing partnerships.

3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in real estate development are advantageous.
