Leadership Role - Banking Analytics

A leading MNC bank is seeking a senior banking analytics professional who is willing to join their expanding Retail Banking team

Responsibilities:

As a AVP you would be responsible to understand the business problem's and provide statistical solutions to it.

You would be responsible to guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong business understanding.

You would be responsible to communicate with the stakeholder's and keep them aware of the findings/ risks if any.

Desired skills:

8+ years of experience in BFSI Analytics with atleast 4+ years in developing statistical models.

Experience in team handling, project management and client management.

Masters or Ph. D. degree in either economics or statistics or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background).

Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
