Position - Leadership

Experience - 12 - 18 yrs (Max)

Domain - Asset Management - Attribution / Performance

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility will include calculation and validation of Attribution / Performance reports.

- Validate performance data at Total level, Asset class and Security level.

- Coordinate with Onsite performance team and with Technology to correct and amend problems within the system.

- Knowledge on the different Performance methodologies (Dietz, Modified Dietz, True time weighted, etc- ) and Attribution analysis.

- Manage deliverable while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests.

- Liaise with third party providers to consolidate index returns and characteristics.

- Responsibility for Maintenance of static data within the system, performance data validation & reconciliation, monthly performance reporting

- Responsibility for Identifying and classifying assets within the system

- Responsibility for Running and distribution of reports, running of pre-defined queries (jobs) in the system, Preparation and production of MIS / Presentation.

- Start of Days Checks on Price and Analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- PC Skills required: MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
