- The individual should have hands on experience in the domestic market, should have worked in the India market for at least last 4-5 years (if not more)
- Has worked with clients - done a client facing role, interacted with CXO/decision makers.
- Articulate, understands the business, the competitive landscape
Broad points:
- M&A Consulting practice is set up to support clients end to end through the deal life cycle
- Role comprises Strategy and Due Diligence engagements - entry, growth, diversification strategy, commercial due diligence and post deal value creation i.e. realization of deal rationale in terms of synergies across functions etc.
- Should have at least done 13 to 14 CDD engagements and at least 2 to 4 CDD engagements in Financial Services.
- We are looking for candidates with a background in management consulting with exposure to strategy, transformation, performance improvement areas
- Exposure to due diligence projects is a plus but not required
