Experience: 8 - 18 Years Job responsibilities : - Independently work on end-to-end development of NLP models to derive insights from documents, streaming text data etc. - Lead NLP projects and develop models in collaboration with other team members - Mentor junior members of the team - Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and communicate progress - Work with the team to develop a system for semantic search, knowledge graph creation, chat bot, summarization, paraphrase detection, question answering etc. - Train deep learning models with internal and external NLP datasets - Deploy models to production and monitor performance - Develop original ideas to create cognitive systems - Participate in internal and external forums Key qualifications : - Bachelors or higher computational science with an emphasis in Machine Learning - 4+ years of experience of writing production quality code; - Solid Java or Python development experience with NLP related coding with good command over respective data pipelining, matrix algebra and statistics libraries - Experience with NLP technologies such as LSA, LDA, Semantic Hashing, Word2Vec, LSTM, BiDAF etc. - Expertise in at least 3 of the following: Sentiment Analysis, Entity Extraction, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) - Strong understanding of text pre-processing and normalization techniques, such as tokenization, POS tagging and parsing and how they work at a low level - Strong knowledge of Java or Python, and general software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment, etc.) - Strong command over linear algebra and statistics having the ability to quickly translate ideas to efficient, elegant code - Your github/kaggle profile showing a project or problems you've tackled - Worked on production ready product applying NLP and NLU code to solve for real life problem - Like analyzing social media, chat data, reviewing contracts, news analysis, hedge funds.
