Good Exposure in Advanced quantitative techniques while working for leading global academic institutes or corporate innovation research labs or analytics organizations of large corporates or in consulting companies in analytics roles.

Excellent experience in Developing Predictive models and application, Good Exposure to data mining techniques and tools like SAS / R, Matlab, Mathematica, ILOG etc

Exposure to R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Java & Exposure to Big Data/HADOOP - Expertise in HIVE/PIG, Java

Good computation and data mining skills, Competent programming aptitude

Text Analytics - Ability to synthesize unstructured data and find actionable themes/insights - exposure to SPSS/Python/R

Pattern Mining/Detection, Machine Learning Algorithms

Financial domain is preferred

Been able to translate & articulate technical ideas to a group of audience including influencing skills with peers and senior management

Self-motivated to continuously upgrade one's domain knowledge, keep abreast of latest developments in the field and evaluate its application in the business area on a consistent basis.
