Leadership Recruiter - SaaS Tech Firm

This role is for a Unicorn Saas Based Tech firm with its HQ in San Francisco and local office in Pune.

The position is WFH (Permanently), however, you may have to travel to Pune once a quarter to team meetings.

This is an IC role.

Recruiting:

1. Design & Implement a data-driven recruiting strategy to attract top-tier tech leadership talent

2. Manage end-to-end leadership-level search engagements from the inception of candidate contact to onboarding including research, Interviewing, negotiations, and onboarding.

3. Support a positive candidate experience by continuously iterating on the client's engagement strategies and interview processes.

4. Actively acquire talent Intelligence, market & candidate information to influence decisions within leadership hiring.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved

2. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

3. Effectively manage relationships with executive search firms.
