Job Description:

- Engage and work with internal and external stakeholders on understanding their businesses, culture, people functions and recruiting challenges.

- Understanding client hiring needs, challenges.

- Advising clients on recruiting strategies,developing and executing recruiting plans, defining job roles, market insights, processes,assessment frameworks, identifying various online and offline sources/channels to attract and map the untapped managerial and leadership talent for the social impact sector in India.

- He/She would be responsible for delivering all facets of Executive Search (leadership hiring), success with our clientele across diverse sectors across India and Africa.

- Build partnerships and grow the network of qualified candidates through industry contacts,association memberships, academic partnerships, trade groups and various online and offline forums like LinkedIn and Job boards.
