Job Description :
- Understand the position brief and source potential candidates
- Involved in search assignments including initial pitch and preliminary evaluation of potential senior candidates, building search strategies and identifying the best talent in the marketplace.
- Source profiles / resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle - from understanding of client requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.
- Maintain relationships with key candidates
- Analyze talent trends in the industry and provide inputs
- Talent Mapping at sectorial and functional level for mid to senior level positions
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate points to senior management, senior recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience within Talent Acquisition in an internet or HR consulting firm
- Knowledge of all elements of risk associated with recruitment
