Leadership Position - UX Practice - IT

Position : Leadership Position - UX Practice (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role :

- Create a vision and strategic Roadmap for the UX practice

- Showcase the thought-leadership in governing multiple UX projects and consultants across the globe under aggressive timelines

- Institutionalize, foster & maintain culture of Design Thinking and Innovation across the organization

- Develop and mature the relationship with Business leaders, Product leaders and technology executives to identify new business initiatives and cater to client needs

- Prepare UX long range plans, operations blueprint for use by the CoE and Engineering teams

- Lead a team

- Demonstrate high level of capabilities in design thinking, conceptual design, Lateral thinking, Research

Requirements :

- Post Graduate Degree in Digital/ UX Design, Industrial design, visual communication (Preferably from premier design institutes

- 15+ years of experience in the domain of User Centric Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience in product or services company

- Best in class thought leader and well recognized in Design Community

- Strong UX Consulting background would be a plus
