- The current position will have an end to end P&L responsibility and will directly report to CEO. COO is expected to devote 70% of his efforts for improving topline which is growing 3X to 4X every year.
- The position will also oversee, direct, and organize the work of the entire operations and partner with all departments to develop integrated processes that support excellent customer service. This includes Sales and Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and New Product Development and Commercial Operations.
- The candidate should be effective and excellent at people and process management and should be able to develop the entire organization as a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- He should be abreast with key business trends / market opportunities across geographies to ensure that MITRA expands to all major geographies in next one year.
- Proactively lead and develop new business initiatives across all target markets. These include but are not limited to Food Manufacturers, Brand Owners, Wholesalers.
- Design Annual Sales and Marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share across the existing B2B Channels.
- To lead Regional & Territory Sales Managers in Distributor Management selection, developing and monitoring their performance.
- To strengthen the existing Distributor Managements and technology integration and to develop new distributors for new channels
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
