Leadership Level - SAP HCM/Success Factors - Auto/FMCG/IT

- Hands-on implementation experience in SAP Success Factors with minimum 2 End to End implementations & overall 15 years of experience in HR Vertical.

- Managing large global implementation / Roll out programs

- Good knowledge of entire Success Factors product and knowledge of other modules

- Manage large global Roll out programs for Success Factors / SAP HCM

- Responsible for leading and executing a range of activities from implementation / support / Up gradation

Delivery : Independently deliver Success Factors related projects,

- Identifying and addressing client needs.

- Collaborating and coordinating with Technical, Solution, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams to interpret client RFP.

- Knowledge of Cloud concepts

- Good knowledge of solution design & estimation
