- Diagnose, develop and streamline end to end recruitment plans while working very closely with the senior stakeholders across all tech functions
- Be able to create a strong talent pipeline and invent new techniques on sourcing to engage with relevant candidates
- Be a strong advisor to the hiring managers and growing teams and provide relevant inputs in terms of market intel and talent landscape views
- Robust handling of data metrics in recruitment and suggest process improvements wherever required
- Work and engage with stakeholders and recruitment operations team to be able to address the current and future hiring needs at a firm level
- 7-12 years of experience in Executive Search across product development, technology & corporate functions
- Experience working in product/ Tech organisations/ executive search firm
