Role and Responsibilities
- Design, implement and drive talent research strategies and practices research talent mapping and competitive intelligence
- Use market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this into a fact-based recommendation to Stakeholders
- Conduct confidential research and talent identification to identify best-in-class leadership talent for the organisation
- Discover and exploit new efficient effective and sustainable channels to meet talent requirements
- Research and publish articles/analyst reports and other industry competitive intelligence to the extended ecosystem
- Build endorsement pipeline from candidates and clients for future references
Qualification Criteria
- 10 - 12 years experience with at least 3 years in Technology Leadership Hiring
- Graduate with Post Graduation
