Looking for a leadership role - Life Sciences with strong Consulting background Education: MBA - Hands on experience in Life Sciences Industry is mandatory - Atleast 10+ years of progressive business and/or consulting experience. - Strong experience in Life Sciences Multi-channel Commercial - Can draw insights from complex financial and quantitative analysis and integrate these insights and findings across work streams and come up with the overall plan to drive strategy and solution development. - Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and published in industry periodicals - Experience working on large-scale Business / Operational Transformation projects desirable - The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C - Suite executives across geO's - Experience working on large-scale Business / Operational Transformation projects - Managing delivery of consulting assignments both in an individual capacity and as a lead - Has good sales acumen, applies client knowledge - Manages proposals, business development and POV development etc - Should have worked in the Pharmaceutical/LS space and done work around in 2 or 3 areas : 1. Multi-Channel Marketing/Design 2. Cross Channel Integration and Innovation 3. Product or Portfolio marketing strategy 4. HCP CRM system analysis 5. Sales Force Efficiency / Automation 6. Digital Operating Model 7. Product launch strategy/ Campaign Management / Product or Portfolio marketing strategy - Taking responsibility within the Life Sciences industry group and driving overall assignment and engage with stakeholder for global customer - Valid Visa / US Green Card holder is a plus
