Domnic Lewis has mandated to hire a Leadership Business Partner for a leading Cement and Mining industry with Products like Crushers ,Rotary Kiln ,Thickeners

This Opportunity is only for female candidates.

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 10-15 years

Your responsibilities:

- Coach, advise, provide feedback to senior leaders to build credible relationship, strengthen leadership capabilities and facilitate higher organization performance.

- Ensures development plans are in place and facilitates and drives talent and competency development.

- Design and support to implement effective talent strategy initiatives in line with business objectives.

- Develop understanding of the dedicated Business Units and its current and future business environment and uses insights and data to identify people opportunities and risks.

- Support the design and implementation of effective organizational structures and roles to match business needs.

- Ensure the provision of people information, data and reports to provide insight and inform decision-making.

- Drives the development of a culture that embraces change and promotes transparent communication, high performance, and innovation.

- Demonstrate a commercial mindset in advise and counsel and in building business cases

- Role-model a strong commitment to own professional development, build awareness of talent trends and developments, proactively seek and act on feedback, share learning and provide advice and guidance to colleagues.

- Promote and embed' S core values and hold leaders and managers to account to ensure their behaviour is aligned.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or social Sciences or Human Resources or equivalent

- 10 years of work experience as HR Business Partner with at least 7-8 years as HRBP or HR Manager working with senior leaders in multinational companies in areas of leadership coaching and delivering strategic talent management initiatives in a related business environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to navigate an international matrix organization.

- Willing to be coached and able to coach others.
