Role: Talent Acquisition Leader

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to: VP HR

Reportees: 2-3 Direct

Role Summary :

- Corporate and Sales hiring (i.e. not including IJP- s, Campus etc.) via the team of Internal Recruiters and Consultant Partners.

- Ability to interface with Business to fulfill their manpower requirements, analyze and present TA related data, etc.

Candidate Profile, either of the following

1. Premier B-school with 2-4 years of strong HR Generalist, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition experience; OR

2. Tier-2 B-School with 5+ years of experience, including a strong experience in Sales Hiring via external channel
