Position Summary:

- The Global Talent Sourcing Specialist will be the expert in sourcing talent (technical & non technical). by developing pools of diverse candidates for highly specialized and difficult to fill / challenging positions around the globe.

- This role will serve as a talent and market insight advisor, creating diverse pipelines of talent through creative sourcing strategies to meet the needs of our business.

Job Description:

- Work with recruiters and hiring managers across the globe to understand our business, markets and specific hiring needs. Define sourcing strategies and provide market insights to influence outcomes.

- Create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging knowledge of organizations, platforms, and networks to attract and engage underrepresented talent.

- Track and analyze relevant metrics to best understand the efficacy of search strategies.

- Proactively come up with creative sourcing strategies to find top talent in niche fields.

- Anchor targeted searches for niche positions across the globe

Additional Details:

- Global Recruiting experience in Engineering /Chemical/Science industries & Global Regions - atleast 2 regions (APAC, EMEAI or America)

- Masters in HRM with 3+ years or Bachelors with 8+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years of experience managing candidate research and driving talent sourcing strategy with global stakeholders

- Proven expertise with a variety of sourcing methodologies and ability to develop strategic recruiting programs. Adept at managing niche skills in R&D, ADE, business roles in sales, marketing, leadership roles

- Demonstrate knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, tools and systems

- Technical/Niche sourcing & recruitment experience in an in-house, agency or RPO setting

- Experience sourcing for niche roles in Industrial R&D, Commercial, Marketing segments

- Able to interact and establish relationships with candidates around the globe.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

- Experience working with Workday
