Responsibilities:
1. As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be engaged in acquiring talent and find the best hire for the job. This means that everything from identifying, attracting, onboarding talent to skill development and culture fit.
2. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
3. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
4. Lead employment branding initiatives.
5. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys
Requirements:
1. A degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field
2. Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar experience in an HR role
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Knowledge of human resources laws
5. Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
6. Ability to multitask
7. Knowledge of various interviewing methods
