This is not a digital marketing role.   Position Overview:  - The Social Media team is the social competency center of the Company.   - It will create and nurture content and technology which creates a connection or conversation between the consumer and the brand.   - The individual is responsible for data mining, relationship building, product awareness, social and analytics with the end goal of creating product insights and building communities that will ultimately convert into customers for Company.   - The Leader - Social Media Engagement is responsible for developing communities across different social media.  Essential Job Function:  - Build and develop engagement strategy for brand properties, including but not limited to building digital influencer programs, 1:1 engagement with consumers to build conversation around brand and driving indirect sampling initiatives  - Manage outreach and relationship building with athletes and Opinion Leaders in social media  - Developing communication planning with insights on category & target audience   - Social listening as a Primary resource for concrete insights   - Providing insights gained from social media monitoring to the design/marketing team to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.  - Work with brand Markets to implement 1:1 engagement strategies
