Service Delivery Leader - R2R for Banking Captive in Chennai

- Looking for qualified CA with 11 Years of Post qualification experience in R2R accounting and expertise in managing large teams in a shared services environment.

- Deliver the General Accounting strategies associated with the 2012 Actionable Roadmap.

- Develop, establish and manage day-to-day General Accounting Shared Service Operations in the global Shared Service Center (GSSC).

- Lead the GSSC accounting teams to deliver the enhanced simplified Global Chart of Accounts, standard R2R process solutions, and any subsequent updates to the PeopleSoft system (inclusive of UAT testing and data conversion, in addition to the work load transition activities, in support of the setup and build of the Global and Regional SSC organizations in partnership with Internal Audit and SOX, identify, implement and maintain minimum effective controls across the General Accounting process, sufficient to meet legal entity, regulatory, financial standards, and risk management requirements.

- Establish, in partnership and in support of the R2R GPO, process standards at the global, regional, and in-country level; and develop/implement end-to-end general accounting processes and enabling technologies.

- Ensure that changes to respective sub-Rich Experience in Record to Report, General Accounting, General Ledger, Month end Closing.
