We are urgently looking for Sales Leader for Salesforce Sales for one of the leading IT Services Organization. Details are mentioned below-

Position - VP/Director- Salesforce Sales

Experience - 14-24 Years

Location - Faridabad

Job Responsibilities-

- Align the salesforce sales objectives with sound business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.

- Meet and exceed assigned quota in terms of Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.

- Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of salesforce.

- Build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize into sales.

- Nurture and engage leads/prospects and converting them into qualified opportunities.

- Strong relationship with SalesForce in particular.

- Leadership experience in Business Focused IT Solutions / Services with Practice management, people management

- Experience in a global delivery environment.
