Offering unparalleled value-addition capabilities such as band-saw cutting, turning, milling, and NDT testing, they specialize in sourcing super alloys for critical applications. Noteworthy for not only adhering to material standards but also assisting customers in defining specifications based on applications, conducting relevant tests, and providing certifications. Serving diverse industries including aerospace, space research, gas turbines, and nuclear power plants, they offer comprehensive material solutions emphasizing quality and customization.

Role details:

- Reporting to: Managing Director

- Location: Bengaluru / Chennai

Role & responsibilities:

- Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Oversee the allocation of marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior executives to devise innovative marketing and branding strategies.

- Manage and nurture relationships with creative agencies and retainer partners.

- Drive growth in audiences and uptake for products and services through effective marketing campaigns.

- Regularly evaluate marketing activities, analyzing results and return on investment (ROI).

- Continuously identify new revenue opportunities and strategize implementation plans.

- Establish and nurture a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

- Champion the development of the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior leadership and partners.

- Act as a conduit for marketing goals, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.

Candidate requirements:

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on aerospace manufacturing components.

- Demonstrated leadership acumen and a track record of successful strategic marketing initiatives.

- Proficiency in leveraging marketing analytics to drive decision-making and optimize ROI.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and efficiently.

- Experience in talent acquisition and retention within the marketing domain.

- Innovative thinking and creativity in developing promotional programs and product concepts.

- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to evolving industry trends.
