Key Accountabilities :


- Develop effective expansion and customer experience strategies with a keen study of customer needs, trends and competition activity

- Deliver consistently on business targets including volume, revenue, customer satisfaction and other key metrics

- Build and mentor a team of sales and service leaders along with a culture of team spirit and operational excellence, monitor and enhance performance through a structured review mechanism and development initiatives

- Create and enhance channel and distribution network for sales and customer service, Building relationship with financiers for easy availability of credit and asset financing

- Accurate Sales Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales volumes and implementing action plans to achieve them

- Manage sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor intensity

- Institutionalize efficient IT enabled sales and service systems for end-to-end customer lifecycle management

- Work with the Functional Heads to understand and build on customer needs, product feedback, opportunities and collaborations in pursuit of sales and profitability. Align Sales efforts with marketing initiatives to create maximum impact for the brand

Experience and Qualifications :

- Minimum 20+ years- experience in Sales and service

- MBA in marketing from a tier-1 b-school.

- Experience in the two-wheeler industry.

- Proficiency in managing partner relations: research teams, agencies and vendors.

- Must be able to operate successfully in a lean organization; must be able to articulate and advocate initiatives working with other teams and be able to create a vision and organization that can scale rapidly with growing volume.

- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

- Drive for results and out of box thinker.

- Up-to-date with latest trends and sales and service best practices in auto-mobile industry.
