- Strong experience into research and development with New product development experience.

- Must have done encapsulation projects with sound knowledge of encapsulation techniques and applications

- Should have experience of overall project execution in R&D projects from idea to launch

- Team Management experience of lab experts/scientists/postdocs.

- PHD into Chemistry/Polymer science/colloids.
