Minimum; Black Belt preferred; Finance & Accounting understanding / certification
Experience :
8- 10 years of experience in manufacturing / service industry; Relevant experience of operationalizing quality /process improvement in a service set up; Off shoring experience preferred
- Hands on experience in framework creation; metrics definition; data handling and analysis
- Lean Six Sigma training & coaching; Should have driven process improvement projects with tangible benefits; Conducting of Brainstorming sessions and Facilitating of Value Stream mapping for Finance & Accounting process
- Should have institutionalized CAPA; Experience with data collation, benchmarking & levers identification for improving performance
Skil lsets required: Strong Analytical and problem solving skills; Knowledge and ability to train on methodologies across organization; Strong Verbal, written communication; Strong facilitation skills; Thorough understanding of Lean tools and concepts - 52, FMEA, Kanban, CAPA; System skills; Solution and Execution mindset; Collaborative; Change Management trained
Responsibilities includes :
- Study current process performance and create metrics
- Design and implement process improvement framework; Facilitate Lean training
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping & Brainstorming sessions; Provide visibility to senior management on process performance and work with stake holders for improvement. Identify improvement opportunity and deliver results
- Coach and mentor operation managers on quality; Create actionable dashboards
- Effectively communicate and persuade stakeholders for smooth execution; Effectively communicate to management on trend analysis, Staffing, System & process issues. Create deployment plan
- Metric improvement through POC; Draw internal benchmarks to improve performance
- Create forum for best practices sharing
- Lead FMEA sessions; Create / improve Visual Management system
