Role details :
- Support and execute Demand Generation campaigns for revenue growth & pipeline generation from transformation standpoint by working in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in planning, directing and controlling activities under transformation initiatives to contribute and/or influence business strategy
- Lead and support team in responding to RFPs, pricing requests, proactive proposals
- Bid management & coordination leadership
- Solution development based on client requirements as a response to the bid while ensuring quality of output
- Leading the overall solution design, delivery shaping and business case creation
- Understanding business requirements, process flow and technology impact for better business results from solutions & delivery perspective
- Lead solution defense during final client presentations
- Should have good grasp of business requirements, operations and technology impact to drive better business results
- Lead & support Discovery / Due Diligence from transformation standpoint
Candidate Requirement :
- Min. 12 - 17 years- experience in transformation & automation domain
- Good analytical & research skills; Ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences from data and build an action plan to leverage it for business growth/sales
- Familiar with Business Process Transformation across industry sector to lend a strategic & market perspective
- Proficiency with transformation/automation technologies and platforms
- Provide leadership, oversight, mentor ship and guidance to pre-sales team
- Experience of working in sales / pre-sales roles, preferably in the Mobility, Mobile Apps, App development, Digital space
- Prior experience in managing or leading execution of transformation/automation projects, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills to work and communicate with people across organizational units
- Lead customer meetings/interactions
