Leader - Presales
Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in developing solutions with IoT in MEP environments
- Well versed in the networks/ protocols/ devices in the MEP environments
- Must have developed optimised solutions with disparate IoT devices across different protocols & site conditions
- Must be able to translate the client requirements and available technology into winning solutions
- Expected to help create optimal BoQs and lead the team of presales team to provide direction
- This is a client facing role so good client interaction and making compelling technical pitch will be necessary
- Understanding the client needs and translating it to Digital Blanket
- Standardized Solution design
- Accurate and optimal BoQ and Budgets preparation
- Strive to learn based on advancements in IoT technologies in Buildings/Facilities domain
- Leading the presales team to provide them direction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or related roles, with a focus on IoT solutions for MEP environments.
- Proven expertise in developing solutions with IoT devices across different protocols (e.g., MQTT, Zigbee, Modbus) and site conditions.
- Deep understanding of networks, protocols, and devices commonly used in MEP environments, such as HVAC systems, lighting controls, sensors, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and optimized solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of translating client requirements into winning solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful presales engagements.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IoT and MEP environments is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site assessments, and industry events.
