- Build and enhance legal and compliance policies and processes with an India focus to identify and handle red flags, as well as sustain centralized initiatives and regulatory requirements

- Juggle comfortably the legal and secretarial portfolios

- Drive legal, contracting, reporting and all aspects of secretarial role

The candidate :

- Legal professionals with 18+ years of post qualification work experience who can lead Legal, Compliance and Ethics function of the organization
