Job Description : The L&D Leader will be responsible for establishing and implementing the entire learning and development process. This experienced professional will design and deliver comprehensive training programs, build a culture of continuous learning, and lead a team of L&D professionals to support the growth and development of our employees.

Description :

- As the L&D Leader, you will be responsible for building and implementing the entire Learning and Development (L&D) process from scratch.

- With your extensive experience in the field, you will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with business goals and enhance the skills and capabilities of the employees.

- This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.


Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement a robust L&D strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
2. Design, create, and deliver training programs, including on boarding, technical skills development, leadership development, and professional growth.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant content and materials.
4. Create and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track and manage training programs, resources, and participant progress.
5. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and metrics to continually improve and refine the learning experience.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to ensure our programs are innovative and cutting-edge.
7. Identify external training opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, and certifications, to enhance the professional development of employees.
8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting self-directed learning and knowledge sharing among employees.
9. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to align training programs with talent development initiatives, succession planning, and performance management processes.
10. Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success.

Profile :

1. Master's degree in Human Resources from a tier I institute.

2. Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a technology consulting or startup environment.
3. Proven track record of building and implementing L&D strategies, programs, and processes from scratch.
4. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
5. Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training formats, including classroom, e-learning, virtual, and blended learning programs.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals at all levels of the organisation.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.
9. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
10. A strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives
