Looking for seasoned Learning and Development professional with nearly 15 years of experience in client-facing roles within consulting organizations
Key responsibilities:
L&D Strategy Development:
- Lead the design and development of a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify organizational learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Consultative Approach:
- Utilise strong consulting skills to engage with internal and external clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing tailored L&D solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance workforce capabilities.
Stakeholder management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders understanding their business challenges and co-creating effective L&D solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, feedback, and adjustment of strategies as needed.
L&D Program Design and Execution:
- Oversee the development and implementation of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and other relevant initiatives.
- Ensure that learning programs are delivered effectively, measuring their impact and adjusting as necessary.
Process Optimization:
- Streamline L&D processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that the learning initiatives align with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Implement best practices to continuously improve the overall learning experience for employees.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting innovation and creativity.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of L&D programs.
- Generate regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their contribution to business goals.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related discipline preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in designing and implementing L&D strategies, within a consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful L&D solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in the L&D function.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in learning and development.
