Leader - Learning Business Partner - Leading global MNC


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning Business Partner with 12-15 years of proven expertise in diagnosing, designing, commissioning, and ensuring the delivery of a wide range of learning and development interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating and designing learning journeys and programs tailored to business requirements, using cutting-edge learning design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Program Design:

- Diagnose organizational learning needs and design interventions that address specific business requirements.

- Develop and design learning journeys and programs aligned with business needs, utilizing cutting-edge learning design methodologies.

- Create engaging and impactful learning content that addresses the diverse needs of a global workforce.

Enterprise Thinking:

- Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to develop learning solutions that deliver value at both a global and local level.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Financial Acumen:

- Assess the cost implications of proposed learning solutions, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

- Clearly articulate the business impact of learning programs and initiatives.

Adaptability and Change Management:

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing constant change and adapting learning strategies as needed.

- Demonstrate the ability to handle ambiguity, swiftly changing gears and plans to meet evolving business needs.

Complex Organizational Environment:

- Navigate and excel in a highly complex organizational structure within a matrixed framework.

- Work collaboratively with multiple lines of authority, leveraging influence to drive successful learning outcomes.

End-to-End Ownership:

Take ownership of the entire learning process, from diagnosis to designing, commissioning, and ensuring the successful delivery of learning and development interventions.

The Successful Applicant

- Master's degree or MBA from a premium institute.

- 12-15 years of progressive experience in learning and development roles.

- Proven expertise in diagnosing, designing, commissioning, and delivering learning programs on a global scale.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

- Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure with multiple lines of authority.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage constant change
