Leader - Learning Business Partner - Leading global MNC
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning Business Partner with 12-15 years of proven expertise in diagnosing, designing, commissioning, and ensuring the delivery of a wide range of learning and development interventions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating and designing learning journeys and programs tailored to business requirements, using cutting-edge learning design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Program Design:
- Diagnose organizational learning needs and design interventions that address specific business requirements.
- Develop and design learning journeys and programs aligned with business needs, utilizing cutting-edge learning design methodologies.
- Create engaging and impactful learning content that addresses the diverse needs of a global workforce.
Enterprise Thinking:
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to develop learning solutions that deliver value at both a global and local level.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Financial Acumen:
- Assess the cost implications of proposed learning solutions, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Clearly articulate the business impact of learning programs and initiatives.
Adaptability and Change Management:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing constant change and adapting learning strategies as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree or MBA from a premium institute.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in learning and development roles.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing, designing, commissioning, and delivering learning programs on a global scale.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure with multiple lines of authority.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage constant change
