Leader - KYC Operations - Banking & Financial Services

Scouting for a seasoned KYC leader with operations expertise in the banking and financial services domain.

Roles & Responsibilities ;

- Manage KYC and Onboarding Functions, leading a team of skilled professionals in the wholesale Banking / Corporate Banking area.

- Responsible for managing risk and control objectives and key stakeholders across the APAC region.

- Areas to be managed in client onboarding include eTrading, Fund Onboarding, and Product Onboarding.

- Provide leadership for Wholesale Onboarding team and the wider Operations Community

Role Requirements:

- 12 plus years of relevant experience in an AML/Financial Crime or CDD area.

- Experience of working in Corporate / Investment Banking operations

- Strong communication skills, in particular for external communication with regulators and auditors

- Global Stakeholder Management.
