- 18+ years of experience with 10 years minimum on Leadership experience managing multiple business functions and leading large teams in Healthcare domain, Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage information technology in large and complex organizations cost efficiently and effectively. Must be action oriented and possess superior judgment, critical thinking, problem solving and cognitive skills.
- Respected leadership skills, in US Healthcare domain focused more on leading/managing Provider (Hospital) lifecycle support applications and Great Stakeholder management skills , influencing decision-related goals and priorities
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and information needs across functional programs, facilities and regions as well as organize short-term and long-term responsibilities in response to changing demands.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills at all levels of an organization. Demonstrate ease in working in a global environment, collaborate across in-country and international teams
