The Human Resources Leader will play a key role in partnering with the Global HR team to design and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. The role involves establishing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive value, eliminate issues, and enhance efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with local leaders to guide talent management, salary planning, and recruiting processes for all levels of candidates, from mid-level leadership to production employees and interns.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

- Collaborate with the Global HR team to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Provide insights into regional business culture, employee engagement, and country-specific compensation strategy and benchmarking.

Performance Management:

- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive value and efficiencies across the organization.

- Work with local leaders to guide talent management, salary planning, and recruiting processes.

Talent Development and Training:

- Identify training and organizational development initiatives required to meet business goals.

- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs as needed by the organization.

- Create and implement training content to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

HR Functional Expertise:

- Lead core HR functions, including payroll, benefits, social programs, and compliance.

- Demonstrate expertise in regional or country-specific compliance to ensure adherence to local regulations.

Representation and Communication:

- Represent the company in matters related to regional business culture and employee engagement.

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring a positive employer brand in the region.

Ideal candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Years of experience - 7 to 15 years

2. Proven experience as an HR professional in a multinational environment, with specific exposure to the agriculture or relevant industry.

3. Strong knowledge of regional employment laws, compliance, and cultural nuances.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to lead and manage HR functions independently.
