The HR Practice is a boutique HR consulting firm, with a highly differentiated service offering. Founded over 10 years ago at Bangalore by an XLRI alumnus Anu Sharma, the Firm has engaged with over 100+ corporations, supporting them in their Human Capital Management efforts. We have two distinct practices Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients, and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes. We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others.

Very actively engaging with Emerging Great Organisations such as redBus.in as well as with quite a few of our clients with global heritage - Wells Fargo, ESPN, Danaher Corp, UBM to name a few, we have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories. The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore and Mumbai, and a team of close to 50 HR professionals.

We are looking for HR Leader, for a finite time assignment that is based in Dubai.

The client : A Multinational with operations across Geographies, in the Engineering solutions space

Role Profile : End to End HR spectrum, working with the Managing Director . This is a full time assignment

Location : Based out of Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for all HR-related queries and resolution of people matters for the staff involved in new roll outs and support.

- Work independently with minimal supervision and help to define the HR strategy and align it with the business, build processes, policies and systems.

- Implement organisational development programs and work in partnership with C level to achieve business objectives.

- Coordination with Senior Management, Projects and all departments

- As part of Recruitment, need to be compliance with government regulations, Talent Management, Employee welfare and support Infrastructure.

- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment

Desired Profile:

- 5-10 years- in Human Resources with progressive growth within highly dynamic environments including overseeing professional recruitment efforts

- Bachelors/Post Graduate Degree in Business, HR, or related field

- Experience in setting up HR systems and processes and ability to monitor them and resources on core capabilities required at all levels of the organization.

- Knowledge of selection assessments use, application and local legal requirements

- Knowledge of global relocation programs and policies

- Experience with vendor management and cost saving initiatives
